Percorso di ammodernamento che non intacca la natura storica e architettonica dell’immobile ma bensi lo rende attuale e innovativo.
Construction of a student accommodation facility within a historic protected palace located in the heart of the City of Florence.
The restoration project aims to combine technology, automation, and home automation with the artistic history of 13th-century Florence, the period in which this palace was built. An upgrade process that does not compromise the historical and architectural nature of the building but rather makes it contemporary and innovative.
